From the A9
Leaving the A9 at the Kessock Bridge roundabout head into Inverness following
the signs for Dingwall and Beauly and the A862. After crossing the Caledonian
Canal turn left at the main traffic lights and head up on King Brude Road. This
soon becomes General Booth Road and meets another set of lights. Turn right here
into Leachkin Road and follow this uphill, crossing straight over a small
roundabout before taking the second turn on the right (just as the road makes a
sharp bend to the left)
This is Leachkin Brae and runs steeply uphill for a whole
mile becoming a single track road. The road ends at a turning circle beside a
green fence labelled "Anam Cara". This is our top car park and the most
convenient for the Tufty Top/Main Meeting Venue.
An additonal car park can be found by continuing along the
fence on a dirt road and turning left through a green gate and following
the signs for Parking.
